At St Pius X School, we warmly welcome all children and families who are interested in joining our vibrant learning community! We believe every child deserves a quality education and a supportive environment in which to thrive.
We especially encourage families to consider St Pius X for their tamariki. We have a robust and values-driven enrolment process, designed to ensure a smooth transition for all our new students.
While every child is entitled to enrol at a registered school by age six, we encourage early enrolment at St Pius X so we can begin working in partnership with you to nurture your child’s learning journey.
Our process includes a visit with the parish priest to determine preference eligibility (Catholic families are given preference, with a limited number of non-preference enrolments available).
We also encourage pre-school visits to help children become familiar with our school routines.
We are committed to supporting all learners, and we work closely with the Ministry of Education to provide appropriate resources for students with disabilities.
